DPP worked closely with an large automotive construction supplier to create a digital process for all requests and reporting for their client. Our work automated the communication, and removed the need for onsite trailers and physical reporting, then we used the data from that automation to help them further improve their processes. This effort won the client additional contracts and an INC Technology Web award.

A government mandate to settle trades faster was the challenge for this client. Our consultants helped the team leverage Product Thinking and Discovery to find opportunities. They started thinking they needed to change the technology, but they discovered that changing a busines process would save an entire day.
